Order Cancellation Before Delivery for Online Purchases:

Customers have 48 hours from their time of purchase to return all or part of the goods purchased from our store. Customers have a 48-hour window to make any changes to their order made through our website.

We advise our customers to contact our store or write to the customer services team at the above email to share their requests. Please note that cancellation is not applicable for custom-made items, as-is items, and goods marked on a clearance sale. All cancellation requests should get approved by the management to initiate a refund. Deposits are ineligible for a refund and only available as a reselection or store credit.

Goods Return After Delivery for Online Purchases:

All sales made through our website are final. If you received a damaged or defective item, please write to us at the above email. We will schedule an appointment with an expert technician to repair the item and provide the required spares.

After receipt of your order, you have a 48-hour duration to return your purchased goods. Please note that the items should remain in their original sealed packaging to make them eligible for a replacement or credit. This return service is unavailable for custom-order items, as-is items, or items on a clearance sale.

Shipping Returns for Online Purchases:

If you wish for GA Home Superstore to pick up your purchased items, you are required to pay the following charges:

  1. Delivery charges for your original purchase.
  2. The fee is equivalent to delivery charges prevalent in your area.
  3. Delivery charges on goods you receive as a replacement.
